We proudly present our new project Saint John – Mediterranean-style beachfront complex with panoramic sea view situated in Sozopol.

Tranquility is a defining feature of Saint John’s architectural appearance. The buildings are facing the sea, while a beautiful view of the Strandja mountain can be observed behind them. Our goal is to create not just a mere building, but an architectural masterpiece, to combine functionality, constructiveness and beauty at the same time.

Location

It is not by chance that we’ve chosen to introduce our new prestigious brand in the town of Sozopol.

Saint John Resort is located near the cleanest and most scenic beach in the region and the forest of “Strandja” Nature Park at the same time. This is the place where the mountain meets the sea, where you can enjoy unique natural sights

The beach is one of the most beautiful and tranquil places on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. The beach area is being guarded and kept clean. The Beach of “Smokinya” is a place where Bulgarian citizens as well as many guests from Russia and The European countries prefer to spend their summer holidays. The small distance between the centre of the town and the beginning of the beach area is one of the main advantages of the complex.

Saint John - Sozopol is named in honor of John The Baptist – whose Holy Relics were found on the island of St. John near Sozopol in 2010. These relics are exposed in the Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius in Sozopol for the veneration of the numerous faithful and pilgrims visiting the church each year.

Technical Specification

Monolithic construction, ferro-concrete construction and brick walls, thermal insulation and hydro insulation systems, painting, lighting and other details according to the project;

Apartments (as per the approved architectural project) – the walls and the ceilings– putty and latex paint or plasterboard, internal water supply and electricity installations; the floor in the corridors, the kitchens and the balconies – terracotta tiles; the floor in the living rooms and the bedrooms – laminate flooring; the utility rooms, the bathrooms and the toilets – walls – faience tiles, fully equipped with sinks, faucets, monoblock toilets, showers.

The Kitchens are supplied with hot water, cold water and electricity as per the project. Electric meters installed in the main distribution board, windows– weather resistant PVC or Aluminium profile as per project, doors – internal doors and front doors. TV and internet cabling; common areas – walls and ceilings – plaster coating or plasterboard, latex paint; stairway, stairs – terracotta – as per the project, all installations – completed as per the project, installed main distribution board, completed vertical planning as per the approved projects, lift. Fully completed infrastructure around the building, with lighting.

The Investor
